Shopify API deprecation tracker

Every Shopify deprecation and removal we've reviewed: the version it goes in, the real deadline, what replaces it and the source it came from.

A removal in API version 2027-01 breaks your app when you upgrade to it; until then, older versions keep working until Shopify stops supporting them. That support end is the deadline we show, unless Shopify sets a date for everyone.
